Refund Policy – Amos MedSpa

At Amos MedSpa, our goal is to provide exceptional care and treatments that enhance your confidence and well-being. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.

1. Treatments & Services

• All treatments and service sales are final.

• Refunds are not issued for completed services, even if the desired outcome is not achieved.

• Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results, and outcomes vary by individual.

2. Prepaid Packages & Deposits

• Prepaid packages and deposits are non-refundable.

• In certain cases, prepaid amounts may be applied toward alternative treatments at the discretion of management.

• Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise specified.

3. Retail Products

• Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if they are:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

• Opened or used products are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of deposit or a cancellation fee.

• No-shows will be charged in full for the missed service.

5. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• They may only be used toward treatments or products at Amos MedSpa.

6. Adverse Reactions

• While we take every precaution to ensure safe treatments, clients are responsible for following pre- and post-care instructions.

• Refunds will not be issued for adverse reactions unless directly resulting from provider error.
